The REYM-101R model is an upgraded version of the REYM-101 and is classified as professional-grade equipment. This model is based on a new electronic control board, which ensures maximum stability and safety during operation. The REYM-101R metal spraying machine is also equipped with a new powder feeder. When improving and modifying the new powder feeder, the primary focus was on refining the structural mechanisms that ensure a stable powder feed. The REYM-101 professional gas-dynamic metal spraying system is equipped with a spraying unit featuring a higher power reserve, which allows for the spraying of nickel powder mixtures. The display on the control panel confirms that the system is ready for operation, that the required system pressure is present, and that the power supply is stable. The REYM-101R gas-dynamic metal spraying unit does not come with a pressure reducer or a moisture separator. When connecting the unit to a compressor, ensure that the installed pressure reducer with moisture separator has a compressed air flow rate of 0.45 m³/min.
