The REYM-101P device model is an upgraded REYM-101 device model and belongs to the professional equipment. This model is based on a new electronic control board, which allowed to achieve maximum stability and safety at work. Also the device for spraying of metal REYM-101R is equipped with a new powder feeder. When improving and modifying the new powder feeder, the main requirement was to refine the design mechanisms that provide a stable supply of powder. The professional installation of gas-dynamic spraying of metal REYM-101 is equipped with the block of sprayers with a higher power reserve that allows spraying nickel mixes of powders. The indication on the instrument panel allows to be convinced that the installation is ready for work, there is a necessary pressure in system and stable power supply. The model of the device of gas-dynamic spraying of metal REYM-101R is not completed with a reducer and a moisture separator.
